His work experience includes working for MEDOS AG, Germany, a specialized medical device producing company as Country Manager for India, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka. Previously he served for L&T, British Oxygen & Datex-Ohmeda. As a founder of Biocrat Healthcare Pvt. Ltd.(www.biocrat.com), a consulting company in the medical equipment arena, he has catered to clients in all over India, Germany, China, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka. Mr. Bhuyan has done specialized courses on Biomedical instrumentation from BYTEC and MEDOS, Germany. Currently he is the Managing Director of Bohniman Systems. Mr. Jayanta Prasad Sharma. a Masters degree in Computer Science Degree from Birla Institute of Technology & Sciences has twenty-one years of experience in the management and development of software systems in India and USA. Mr. Sharma served in the senior management capacity in Oil India Limited and in a major telecommunication company in Atlanta, USA. Mr. Sharma is a PMI certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Mr. Sharma has been a founding Director of Bohniman Systems since its inception in 1999

Mr. Bhaskar Deka. A Masters degree in Computer Science from Boston University, USA and a Bachelor's degree in Computer science and Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology. Mr Deka has done his MBA from Kellogg Business School. Mr. Deka has Nineteen years of experience in the management and development of software systems including six years with Oracle Corporation, USA. Mr. Deka has also been recipient of numerous awards in Oracle Corporation including excellence in consulting in the whole of North and South America region and has patent pending innovations to his credit. Mr. Deka has been a founding Director of Bohniman Systems since its inception.

Pervez Alam Mr. Alam has over 11 years of multi-continental experience in global management consulting, program management, business process design and a successful track record in implementation of software systems spanning USA, Netherlands, Italy, Hungary and India. he has carried out business consulting and program management assignments for fortune 100 corporations in USA and Netherlands. In consulting roles, he has been responsible for architecting and delivering transformational business solutions to consolidate the service operations of two merged Health Insurance companies, enabled a large Healthcare Company to operate in a Consumer Directed Retail Health environment. Including the implementation of member intelligence, real-time personalization, predictive modeling, consumer segmentation, incentives management for high value health care, care management, personal health assessment, health care transparency strategy and execution, cost and quality transparency solutions, health care interoperability technology, integrated operational enterprise business intelligence capability. Previously, Mr. Alam held the position of Center of Excellence Leader-CRM for Tata Consultancy Services, with Profit and Loss accountability for an annual business volume of $6 Million.
